“This is Clark.ph, also known as Deceiving King, basically I am a creative around downtown area and I like to create.

I am a comedian, actor, a bit of a film director, all three I am a freelance videographer.

So my personal project that I’m currently working on would be called Uncle George. It is supposed to be a Haitian slash educational type of video.

One thing I do hope to see downtown would be more creatives collaboration and also more creatives popping up a bit more, because I’ve noticed a lot of creative people tend to hide in their corners, but I notice when people come outside, I would like to mentor, learn and experience the difference between being a mentor and also being a student in the creative field.

I would like to see a bit more concerts and also a bit more festivals that interact with the community within the creative field and also basically the public.

All I hope is that I get the opportunity to show people what I am made of, not only as a content creator, but somewhat a bit as a director.”

Centretown would like to acknowledge that Ottawa is built on the unceded, unsurrendered Territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation.

The Anishinaabe Algonquin peoples have lived on this land since time immemorial. We recognize and deeply appreciate their historic connection to this place. We also recognize the contributions of Métis, Inuit, and other Indigenous peoples have made, both in shaping and strengthening this community in particular, and our province and country as a whole.
