From overseeing daily operations to personally ensuring each guest has a memorable experience, Matt is one of the many driving forces behind Prohibition’s success since the opening in 2016.

Matt’s role extends far beyond the typical duties of a restaurant owner. As you could imagine for most business owners they’re a jack of all trades and that’s no exception for Matt. From running the hiring process to serving as bartender and dishwasher when needed, Matt does whatever it takes to keep Prohibition running smoothly. Despite the ups and downs of the industry, Matt always finds motivation in the smiles of satisfied guests and the opportunity to connect with new people every day.
