Super K:
Super K is a four-piece instrumental group based in Vancouver, BC. Guitarist Mik Bewsky and trumpeter Nikola Tosic write music rooted in their southern Balkan heritage and interpreted in contemporary styles such as surf, jazz and electronic psychedelia. Finishing touches by drummer Alex Reid and bassist Andrew Fyvie make the intricate grooves danceable for all audiences. Always searching for new sonic shapes and colours, Super K offers a refreshing perspective on traditional sounds. The band released their debut album in 2024.
Dead Gong:
Based in the heart of Montreal, Dead Gong fuses Bulgarian Metal and Turkish Psychedelia into a singular sound. Their asymmetric music mixes warped brass, saturated guitars, and untamed drums. Straddling the line between tradition and modernity, the band leads listeners into uncharted sonic territory.
