Duration: 2.5 hours

Trust Your Inner Voice

This advanced, discussion-based workshop is designed for those who have already explored the basics of tarot and are ready to deepen their intuitive connection with the cards.

Over 2.5 hours, we'll move beyond memorized meanings into energetic awareness, symbolism, and flow.

Through guided conversation, live demonstrations, and shared readings, you'll learn to:

  • Feel the energy of the cards rather than rely on rote keywords
  • Sense the elements - fire, water, air, and earth - as living forces within each suit
  • Read images, color, and posture as intuitive language
  • Balance intuitive impressions with structured knowledge
  • Build trust in your own inner voice

 What to Expect

This is a flowing, conversational class rather than a rigid lesson plan.

Expect open dialogue, examples demonstrated by your host, and plenty of opportunities to share what you feel and see.

You'll work with your own deck through short exercises, partner readings, and a collective group spread.

A typical flow includes:

  • Grounding and energy attunement
  • Feeling the elemental nature of the cards
  • Interpreting imagery and emotion
  • Intuitive vs. traditional reading practice
  • Partner readings and group discussion
  • Closing circle and reflection

What to Bring

  • Your own tarot deck
  • A journal & pen
  • Water bottle and an open mind

Perfect For

Anyone who has taken Tarot 101 or has a basic understanding of tarot cards and is ready to move into a more intuitive, energy-based practice.

Takeaway

You'll leave with a deeper confidence in your intuitive reading style, practical tools for blending energy and symbolism, and a renewed relationship with your deck - one that speaks directly to your inner knowing.

Centretown would like to acknowledge that Ottawa is built on the unceded, unsurrendered Territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation.

The Anishinaabe Algonquin peoples have lived on this land since time immemorial. We recognize and deeply appreciate their historic connection to this place. We also recognize the contributions of Métis, Inuit, and other Indigenous peoples have made, both in shaping and strengthening this community in particular, and our province and country as a whole.
