Experience the art of honey tasting with Andrea Glenn, Canada’s Honey Sommelier and co-owner of Gibbs Honey, a third-generation apiary in Vankleek Hill. An accredited Honey Sommelier on the Italian National Register, Andrea will guide you through a special tasting session where you’ll sample a curated selection of unique honey from Canada and Europe, paired with local cheeses & fine chocolate.
During the evening you’ll learn about bees, share secrets from the hive and discover how different flowers and terroir influence honey and create incredibly distinctive flavour profiles. Educate your palate and share an unforgettable sensory experience with your love.
