with Liliia – Sound Healer & Vocal Yoga Instructor
Hello, beautiful soul!
Welcome to a unique and deeply relaxing Contact Sound Healing session — open to all genders. This is a safe space to slow down, reconnect, and feel held through the power of sound.
During this body-centered sound journey, I gently place a metal Tibetan singing bowl and a 21-string monochord (3 notes) on your body, allowing you to feel the vibrations from the inside out. This supports deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system reset.👉 All contact is done only with your consent.
I also use:
• Monochord (vibrational bed of sound)
• Chimes
• Sound of flowing stream
• Steel tongue drums
• Tibetan metal bowls
• Metallophones
Let these gentle, healing sounds wash over and through you — bringing mind, body, and spirit into balance.
🕒 4:00 – 5:00 PM📍 Planet Botanix Studio, 301 Bank St, Ottawa💲 $50 CAD
Tickets are available for individuals or pairs — come alone or invite a close friend or partner to share this meaningful experience together.
If you don’t have a yoga mat, please contact me — we’ll find a solution!
If you feel inspired, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase your first musical instrument — choose from singing bowls, chimes, sounds of flowing stream, metallophones, or a monochord to bring the healing power of sound into your daily life.
Also, if you feel called to become a sound therapist, you can leave a request to join my training program and start your own healing journey.
This is more than an event — it’s a gentle invitation to reconnect with yourself through sound, stillness, and care.
You are welcome just as you are.
Your presence is a gift
With love,Liliia

Centretown would like to acknowledge that Ottawa is built on the unceded, unsurrendered Territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation.
The Anishinaabe Algonquin peoples have lived on this land since time immemorial. We recognize and deeply appreciate their historic connection to this place. We also recognize the contributions of Métis, Inuit, and other Indigenous peoples have made, both in shaping and strengthening this community in particular, and our province and country as a whole.
