Ready to explore your submissive side? This workshop is designed specifically for newcomers to the BDSM community. Led by a certified Life Coach and seasoned practitioner with over 10 years of experience, this workshop offers a brave and supportive environment to understand safety protocols, and build confidence in communicating both your boundaries and desires.

After diving into the presentation and receiving the fundamentals, you will be guided through a meditation to discover your personal dungeon and deepest desires, and can receive a copy of the meditation to reuse along your journey.

What You'll Learn:

Self-Discovery: Engage in grounding somatic exercises and guided meditations to explore your personal desires and limits.

BDSM Fundamentals: Dive into the essence of submission, power dynamics, and the importance of safe words.

Safety Protocols: Learn about safety frameworks (SSC, RACK, PRICK, CCCC & [C]RASH) and the critical role of aftercare, subspace, and sub drop.

Negotiation Skills: Understand the importance of clear communication, consent, and negotiation.

Intensity Bonding: Discover what makes the bonds formed in a BDSM dynamic so unique.

What's Included:

  • Recorded Meditation: Discover Your Perfect Dungeon & Desires

In addition to the above, you are invited to write down and discuss key items they discovered in their meditation. There is a focus on the activity that you desire to try, and what safety protocols might need to be in place, along with items that might need to be negotiated, giving you a strong base to continue your journey.
